Tulisa Contostavlos<\/a> has opened up about her exit from I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here!<\/a> in one of her first interviews since leaving the jungle.<\/p>\n

The N-Dubz singer, 36, became the third contestant eliminated<\/a> from Ant and Dec\u2019s ITV<\/a> reality programme, shocking viewers as many thought she\u2019d be in the final.<\/p>\n

Unexpectedly, she deleted all posts<\/a>\u00a0from her\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0page upon her exit, and flew back home to the UK<\/a> instead of remaining in Australia with the other stars to see Danny Jones crowned King of the Jungle<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tulisa later returned to Instagram to\u00a0\u2018clear a couple of things up\u2019 and told her followers that she was taking a bit of time for herself because it was \u2018all feeling a little bit much at the moment.\u2019<\/p>\n

She\u2019s now spoken about the moments after her exit, before she left Australia, and the fear she had of \u2018exposure\u2019.<\/p>\n

The former X Factor judge told The Guardian<\/a>: \u2018I came out, still followed by cameras, all tits and teeth, and it wasn\u2019t until I was on my own that I felt this introvert-overload.<\/p>\n

It was too much.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>She went on: \u2018Is this about a fear I have of being in the spotlight? Or is the person I\u2019ve become just not the kind of person that wants fame any more?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of choosing to go in the jungle, she told the publication: \u2018I had a lot of fear surrounding exposure, and I got to the point where I thought: \u201cAm I holding on to this fear because of what people have done to me in the past? It\u2019s been a whirlwind. Thank you to @itv for the experience and sending so much love to my Jungle Fam before the final tonight.
